Music Production Concentration
The Music Production concentration focuses on the techniques and technologies of music audio production, providing students with the necessary skills to perform as an audio engineer or record producer. The program was designed to create a foundation in musicianship and technical skills needed in the professional area of audio production. Gain experience in song-craft and composition, audio engineering, and mixing/mastering techniques.

Spectrum Music Ensemble
Spectrum, our popular music ensemble, provides students with experiences in live performance of popular commercial music. Instrumentation includes vocalists, guitars, bass, keyboards and drums. Students must pass an audition process for membership.

Other Music Performance Campus Opportunities/Activities
NC Wesleyan also offers other opportunities to get involved in your musical passions. We offer our Pep Band program which performs as a spirit band for the Wesleyan community and at athletic events.
Wesleyan Singers is one of Wesleyan’s oldest performing ensembles that learn and perform a wide variety of music including classical, spirituals, show tunes and popular selections.
Also, we offer instruction in piano and organ. Instruction in other instruments may be available in the future.
Wesleyan students, faculty, staff and members of the local community are welcome to join these elective programs.
